All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Belmoss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most of our target regions, packages are typically delivered without additional customs fees due to our optimized logistics.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We have a very small window to make changes (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@belmoss.com.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Belmoss is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided. However, if your package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please reach out to us, and we will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.
